Airdrie Contracting Experts – Customer Service Agreement

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the customer (“Client”) and Airdrie Contracting Experts (“ACE”, “Contractor”, “we”, “our”). By making payment for any service, subscription, or invoice, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

1. Services Provided

ACE will provide the services outlined in the Client’s selected plan or quoted project, including but not limited to:

  • Seasonal clean-ups (spring/fall)

  • Lawn care & mowing

  • Snow removal

  • Home maintenance visits

  • Interior/exterior repairs

  • Renovations, handyman work, and other contracted services

Service details for each subscription plan (Option A, B, C) are publicly available on our website and/or marketing materials, and are considered part of this Agreement.

2. Payment & Agreement Start

  1. Payment confirms agreement.
    Once the Client submits payment, this Agreement becomes legally binding.

  2. Subscription billing.
    Monthly plans are billed automatically every 30 days unless cancelled.

  3. One-time services.
    A deposit or full payment (as stated on the invoice or quote) is required before work begins. Remaining balance is due upon completion.

  4. Late payments.
    Past-due invoices may result in paused service until payment is made.

3. Term & Cancellation

Subscriptions (Option A, B, C)

  • Subscriptions are month-to-month and may be cancelled at any time with 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.

  • Services already delivered or scheduled cannot be refunded.

  • Cancellation must be submitted by email, text message, or customer portal (if available).

One-Time Services & Renovation Projects

  • Cancellations prior to materials being purchased will not incur a fee.

  • If materials have been purchased, the Client is responsible for material costs.

  • If work has started, the Client is responsible for payment for work performed to date.

4. Service Expectations

Weather-Dependent Services

Some services (lawn care, snow removal, exterior work) depend on weather conditions. ACE follows safe-work and industry practices when scheduling.

  • Snow removal is completed within 24 hours after snowfall ends.

  • Lawn care is performed weekly during the mowing season (May–September).

  • Seasonal clean-ups are completed within the spring/fall maintenance windows.

Access to Property

Client must provide ACE with reasonable access to the property, gates, and areas requiring service. If ACE cannot access the property:

  • The visit may be skipped or rescheduled at ACE’s discretion.

  • Refunds are not provided for missed visits due to locked gates, blocked access, or unsafe conditions.

5. Renovation & Repair Work

Change Orders

Any changes to the original scope must be approved in writing by both parties. Additional charges may apply.

Materials

ACE uses quality materials suited for the project. If the Client requests specific brands/products, costs may vary.

Delays

ACE is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, weather, unforeseen site conditions, or circumstances outside our control.

6. Liability & Warranty

Workmanship Warranty

ACE provides a 1-year warranty on workmanship for renovations, installations, and repairs unless otherwise stated. This does not cover:

  • Customer neglect or misuse

  • Acts of nature (hail, windstorms, flooding, etc.)

  • Normal wear and tear

General Liability

ACE carries insurance appropriate for the services provided. ACE is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing property damage

  • Underground utilities not disclosed by the Client

  • Damage caused by unforeseen conditions (soft ground, unstable decks, rotten structures, etc.)

7. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information and access to the property

  • Ensure pets, vehicles, and obstacles are cleared for safe service

  • Water newly installed sod, plants, or landscaping as instructed

  • Follow any care instructions provided by ACE

  • Notify ACE promptly of any issues or concerns

8. Refusal of Service

ACE reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

  • Conditions are unsafe

  • The Client is verbally abusive, threatening, or uncooperative

  • The Client fails to pay invoices on time

9. Photos & Marketing

ACE may take before/after photos of work performed for documentation and marketing unless the Client requests otherwise in writing. No personal identifiers will be shown.

10. Agreement Acceptance

By submitting payment—whether for a subscription plan, deposit, invoice, or one-time service—the Client agrees to all terms listed in this Agreement.
